TitleProject Manager - Industrial RefrigerationLocationVirginia Beach up to 60% Travel.Package: $130,000 to $150,000 + Additional Benefits.Reporting to the Construction Manager, you will be responsible for Capital Projects across the Mid-Atlantic Region.ResponsibilitiesReview specifications and drawings with Sales and Engineering to ascertain scope of work and develop a plan for the method of construction. Develop an estimate for installation costs including site labor, supervision, and field support.Manage all project stakeholders with respect to the progress of the projects.Ensure manpower, material handling, safety, site purchasing, and rentals are coordinated.Monitor and control all costs of the assigned project(s).Prepare project schedules, status reports, and manpower reports with respect to site conditions, equipment deliveries, site progress, and other action items.Ensure mandatory pre-job site meetings with site supervisor and the client with respect to hazard assessment and protection of customer property.Requirements:Strong understanding of industrial refrigeration systems.Excellent project management skills.Proficiency in cost estimation and budgeting.Knowledge of safety and quality control standards.Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Proficiency in project management software.
