As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you'll be the trusted connection between our healthcare providers, clients, and internal teams. Your role is to ensure every provider has the credentials, documentation, and clearances they need"”so they can focus on what matters most: caring for patients. What You'll DoServe as a relationship builder and trusted resource for providers, clients, and colleagues nationwide. Manage the credentialing process end-to-end: applications, verifications, privileging, compliance checks, and documentation. Communicate frequently and proactively by phone and email to keep providers and clients updated. Review provider documentation, licenses, certifications, background checks, and testing to ensure accuracy and compliance. Coordinate screenings such as drug testing and background checks to ensure timely starts. Maintain detailed, accurate records while juggling multiple priorities with urgency and precision. Partner closely with sales and leadership to resolve issues quickly and collaboratively. Represent Caliber with professionalism, warmth, and a customer-first mindset at every touchpoint. What Makes You a Great FitHigh school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred. 2+ years of administrative, credentialing, or healthcare staffing experience (preferred). Exceptional communication skills"”comfortable talking with physicians, executives, and staff at all levels.
