This is a full-time, on-site role located in King of Prussia.The role requires daily interaction with customers and team members, ensuring smooth and reliable transportation services while driving operational improvements and maintaining compliance with industry regulations.QualificationsStrong skills in Operations and Transportation Management, including logistics planning and schedulingExperience in Fleet Management, ensuring vehicle maintenance, safety, and complianceExceptional Customer Service and Communication skills to manage client relationships effectivelyAbility to lead and collaborate with a team to streamline transportation operationsFamiliarity with industry regulations and safety protocols is a plusProficiency in using transportation management systems and toolsBachelor's degree in Transportation, Business Administration, or related field is preferredPrior experience in a supervisory or managerial role in the transportation or logistics industry
