Director of Talent AcquisitionFort Lauderdale, FL (Onsite)Travel RequiredSalary starting at $110-130,000+ (flexible based on experience) Build the Team That Powers a National OperationWe're looking for a hands-on, strategic Director of Talent Acquisition to lead and evolve our recruiting function across a fast-growing, multi-location organization.This is a fully onsite role based in Fort Lauderdale and requires national travel as needed to support hiring initiatives, leadership alignment, and field operations.This is a player-coach role leading a small but impactful team, with direct visibility and regular communication with the CEO. You'll be expected to move quickly, make decisions, and drive results in a fast-paced, high-growth environmentIf you thrive in high-volume operations, know how to build structure, and can turn recruiting into a scalable, performance-driven function "” we want to talk to you.What You'll OwnLead national talent acquisition strategy across field, corporate, and leadership hiringPartner directly with the CEO, executive team, and regional leadership on workforce planning and hiring strategyDrive recruiting performance across multiple locations, ensuring teams are staffed to meet operational demandBuild and implement structured hiring processes, workflows, and accountability measuresOversee and optimize the ATS (configuration, reporting, compliance, and adoption)Analyze and report on key metrics: time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness, and hiring trendsDevelop executive-level reporting to support real-time decision-makingStrengthen recruiting pipelines through community partnerships, job marketing, and hiring eventsLead employer branding initiatives and elevate the candidate experienceManage vendors, job boards, and external recruiting partnershipsCoach and train hiring managers on interviewing and selection best practicesLead, mentor, and develop a small recruiting teamEnsure compliance with all employment laws and company policiesContinuously improve processes to increase efficiency, quality of hire, and retentionWhat You Bring6+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience3+ years leading recruiting teams or functionsExperience in high-volume, multi-site environments (transportation, logistics, operations, retail, hospitality, etc.)Strong background in ATS management, recruiting analytics, and process designProven ability to build structure, drive accountability, and execute quicklyExperience managing recruiting budgets and analyzing ROIAdvanced skills in data analysis, reporting, and dashboards (Excel or similar tools)Strong communication skills with the ability to interact directly with executive leadershipComfortable operating in a fast-moving, operationally driven environmentMust be able to work onsite in Fort Lauderdale and travel nationally as needed (approximately 20%)Why This RoleDirect partnership and visibility with the CEO and executive leadership teamOpportunity to build, shape, and scale recruiting across a national footprintHigh-impact role where speed, execution, and results matterLead a team while remaining hands-on in a fast-moving, growth-focused companyIf you're a builder, a doer, and a leader who thrives in fast-paced environments "” apply today.
