We are currently looking for driven professionals at the Sr. Recruiter level who possess the "grit" and relationship-building skills necessary to thrive in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.About the RoleSr. Recruiter The Goal: As a high performing recruiter, leverage deep industry knowledge and refined communication skills to deliver consistent, high-level placements.Summary:• Strategic Relationship Management: Develop long-term, trust-based relationships with both elite candidates and hiring managers.• Complex Prioritization: Expertly manage competing priorities and high-level searches while maintaining a gold standard of professionalism.• Internal Collaboration: Act as a bridge between client needs and internal sourcing strategies, collaborating across the firm to ensure success.Responsibilities:• Source and engage candidates through multiple channels• Conduct initial interviews• Partner with senior recruiters to understand client needs• Write and post job descriptions• Maintain accurate candidate records• Represent our brand professionally in the St. Louis business community• Experience utilizing AI to improve efficiency and processesCore Traits - Who am I? • Confident & Persuasive: You have the professional presence to consult with senior-level talent and stakeholders.• Persistent Drive: You have a proven track record of resilience, showing the ability to navigate difficult market conditions without losing momentum.• Strong Communication: You excel at articulating value propositions and managing expectations through clear, consistent dialogue.Experience:Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of professional recruiting experience, preferably working for an agency• Successfully manages high req volume across multiple account managers without dropping balls • Quickly assesses job quality and prioritizes accordingly (knows what will actually fill). Asks good questions of account managers. • Delivers consistent, high-quality candidates (not just volume) • Strong sense of urgency + follow-through across multiple stakeholders • Can juggle competing priorities without needing direction • Often becomes the "go-to" recruiter that account managers trust most• May mentor junior recruiters or help refine sourcing strategies30839
