Pay$25.00 - $30.00/hour (based on experience)Accrued Paid Sick Leave offered during the temporary periodEligible for some benefits such as paid time off, paid holidays, etc. once hired on by the clientOverviewOur client, an investment banking and M&A advisory firm in Cherry Creek, is seeking a Temp-to-Hire Part-Time Office and Facilities Coordinator to be the face of their headquarters. The Office and Facilities Coordinator is responsible for creating a seamless, supported, warm and welcoming experience for both the company's internal staff and visitors. This role ensures that the office operations run smoothly day-to-day. This is a fully in-office based position. Free garage parking will be provided.ScheduleRequired to work 4-days/week - Monday required, and the choice of any other 3 days between Tuesday - Friday20-30 hours/weekSet schedule between the working hours of 9:00 am - 4:00 pm (minimum of 5 hours/day)Paid through lunch!Job DutiesOffice Administration (35%)Oversee day-to-day building operations including front desk coverageManage office supplies, snacks, beverages, and kitchen amenitiesEnsure office spaces are clean, organized, and fully functionalServe as a welcoming point of contact for team members and visitorsVisitor Coordination (25%)Welcome and register visitors, clients, and guestsManage conference room bookings and ensure meeting spaces are preparedMaintain security protocols and visitor access proceduresTravel & Logistics (10%)Coordinate employee travel including booking flights, accommodations, and ground transportationProvide travel support and troubleshoot issues as they ariseIT & Hardware Support (10%)Provide onsite hardware support and troubleshooting for employee technology needsCoordinate equipment setup, maintenance, and inventory managementServe as liaison between employees and Technology for technical issuesParking Management (10%)Administer parking arrangements and permits for employees and visitorsResolve parking-related issues and maintain parking recordsMail & Package Handling (10%)Manage incoming and outgoing mail and package deliveriesCoordinate courier services and shipping needsRequirements2 + years of experience in an office environment, ideally in office or facilities managementHigh school diploma required - Bachelors degree preferredHighly proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel and Outlook)Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesStrong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer service mindsetProblem-solving attitudeAbility to work independentlyStrong attention to detailBasic technical troubleshooting skills strong desiredJ.
