This is a high-impact, field-facing recruiting role designed for someone who knows how to move fast, build relationships, and close top talent in one of the most competitive labor markets in the country.This is not a "post and pray" job.This is a performance-driven role where you will be expected to hunt, network, and deliver results consistently.The RoleYou will own full-cycle recruiting across HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical"”primarily focused on technicians, installers, and field leadershipYou will work directly with Operations leaders to ensure we are fully staffed, ahead of demand, and building pipelines before the need exists.What We're Looking ForWe are seeking someone who is:A true recruiter"”you know how to source, engage, and close talentA networker"”you build relationships that turn into hiresPolished, professional, and camera-ready at all times"”comfortable representing the company in interviews, hiring events, and leadership interactionsAble to operate with speed, urgency, and discipline in a fast-paced environmentComfortable managing monthly metrics, hiring targets, and performance expectationsThis is a high-visibility role.
