Interim Human Resources Business Partner

Duration: 03 MonthsLOCATION: Onsite in San Francisco, CAHOURS: 8-5 to cover core hoursJob Description:We are seeking a seasoned HR professional to provide interim HR Business Partner support during a temporary leave. This role will partner closely with the Associate Manager, who will lead day-to-day HR support for the business. The contractor will provide additional capacity, guidance on complex issues, and backup support as needed to ensure continuity in HR service delivery and decision-making.Key Responsibilities:Support business leaders with day-to-day HR needs, including employee relations, performance management, and policy guidancePartner with the Associate Manager, HR to align on priorities, share insights, and ensure consistent HR support to the businessProvide input and support on moderately complex employee relations and organizational matters, escalating as appropriateAssist in executing key HR processes (e.g., engagement survey, talent reviews, performance cycles, workforce planning, training & development)Step in to support leadership discussions or urgent matters when the Associate Manager requires additional coverageCollaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to deliver coordinated solutionsRequired Education:Bachelor's Degree in a Human Resources/Business DisciplineTop 5 Required Skills:7+ years of HR experience, focusing on HR Business Partner or generalist rolesMust possess a solid understanding of Employee Relations, Performance Management and core HR processesStrong Coaching and influencing skills, with the ability to guide HR Team membersProven ability to use sound judgment with the management and escalation of higher-risk issuesComfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with some ambiguity.Preferred Attributes:Ability to quickly establish creditability with team members and cross-functional partnersExperience managing complex employee relations and organizational challenges with sound judgmentProven ability to quickly assess business context and build credibility with leadersAbout US Tech Solutions:US Tech Solutions is a global staff augmentation firm providing a wide range of talent on-demand and total workforce solutions.
