People Relations PartnerLocation: Denver, CO - Onsite/Hybrid (as applicable)Contract: 9 months (potential extension)Pay: Up to $45/hrPosition OverviewWe are seeking a People Relations (PR) Partner to support a dynamic regional workforce spanning multiple countries. This role ensures consistent execution of HR and PR policies, practices, and strategies while balancing global standards with regional needs. The ideal candidate will manage high-risk cases, lead investigations, and partner with HR leadership to foster a positive workplace culture.This is a hands-on role for a professional who can navigate complex employment laws and HR practices across multiple countries, with a focus on consistency, compliance, and employee experience.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn or oversee regional execution of workplace investigations, accommodations, corrective actions, and other HR initiatives, ensuring compliance across multiple countriesLead, guide, and actively participate in global business process projects, delivering timely implementations, process improvements, and scalable HR solutionsAct as the escalation point for high-risk or sensitive PR matters, including workforce actions and terminations within the regionMonitor and report on regional PR metrics, identify trends, and recommend proactive solutions to mitigate risksPartner with Employment Legal, Business Integrity, and HR leadership to resolve complex regional challengesSupport the development and execution of process improvements and self-service HR models that enhance the employee experienceRequired Skills & QualificationsProven ability to exercise sound judgment and discretion, presenting key data to executive audiencesDeep understanding of HR and PR practices, policies, and legal requirements across multiple US States, Canada, and MexicoStrong analytical skills to identify trends and develop actionable solutionsExcellent communication and collaboration abilities, particularly in global and cross-functional environmentsExperience managing sensitive and high-risk cases with professionalismProven experience in process improvement initiatives and supporting scalable HR modelsFluent Spanish (C2+), Portuguese is a plusWhy This Role is AttractiveCompetitive $45/hr contract with potential extensionExposure to regional and global HR operationsOpportunity to lead high-impact PR initiatives while collaborating with senior HR and business leadersWork in a fast-paced, professional environment with global scopeAbout Red Oak TechnologiesSince 1995, Red Oak Technologies has been a trusted partner in the technology and business sectors, connecting top talent with leading companies.
