In this role, you will play a key part in identifying, attracting, and hiring high-caliber financial advisors and career professionals who align with our firm's values and long-term growth strategy.This role blends recruiting expertise with business development, requiring a proactive professional who enjoys building relationships, identifying talent in the marketplace, and serving as a brand ambassador for Baystate Financial.This is an excellent opportunity for a recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to directly contribute to the strategic growth of a leading financial services firm.Key ResponsibilitiesProactively source, attract, and cultivate a pipeline of high-quality financial advisor candidates for current and future opportunitiesTeam approach working closely with the Director of Talent ManagementConduct phone, virtual, and in-person interviews to assess candidate experience, motivations, and cultural alignmentEvaluate candidates through resume review, interviews, and reference checks to determine alignment with firm standardsServe as the primary point of contact for candidates, delivering a high-touch, professional candidate experience throughout the recruiting processConsistently meet or exceed recruiting activity goals including outreach, interviews, and hiresPartner with leadership and hiring managers to understand team growth needs and advisor profilesDevelop and execute recruiting campaigns that strengthen Baystate Financial's employer brandBuild relationships with external centers of influence, professional networks, and industry talent poolsTrack recruiting metrics and provide well-documented reporting to leadershipStay current on recruiting best practices, industry trends, and advisor movement within the financial services spaceUtilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), sourcing tools, and recruitment marketing platforms to manage and track candidate pipelinesQualificationsRequiredBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably within financial services, insurance, or wealth managementDemonstrated ability to meet or exceed recruiting metrics and hiring goalsExperience using Applicant Tracking Systems and sourcing platformsStrong relationship-building and communication skillsHigh level of organization and attention to detail in managing multiple candidate pipelinesAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Ability to work in a fast-paced, relationship-driven environmentOccasional travel as neededPreferredExperience implementing diversity-focused sourcing strategiesFamiliarity with advisor recruiting models within broker-dealer or financial advisory firmsCompensation & BenefitsCompensation: $80,000-$150,000 salary + incentive Performance-Based Bonus StructureComprehensive benefits package including:Medical, dental, and vision coverage401(k) with company matchPaid time offProfessional development opportunitiesThe Ideal CandidateYou are outgoing, confident, and naturally curious about people.
