Senior Talent Acquisition Partner ?? Boston (Hybrid - 3 days onsite)We're partnering with a highly regarded global law firm to hire a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to support hiring across business professionals and legal populations. This is an excellent opportunity for an agency recruiter looking to transition in-house while staying close to the relationship-driven side of recruiting. Or a corporate recruiter with agency experience looking for their next role.What You'll Do:Own full-cycle recruiting across business professional roles and select attorney searchesPartner closely with hiring leaders as a trusted advisor on talent strategy and market insightsDrive proactive sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter and other toolsManage multiple searches in a fast-paced, collaborative environmentDeliver a high-touch, best-in-class candidate experienceSupport campus hiring (summer associates) and broader talent initiativesWhat We're Looking For:4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (agency background preferred)Experience recruiting within professional services, legal, or corporate functionsStrong sourcing and candidate assessment skillsProven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholdersEntrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, solutions-oriented approachInterest in transitioning into an in-house, relationship-focused recruiting roleThe Opportunity:Join a collaborative, down-to-earth team with strong leadershipExposure to a mix of business and legal recruiting (training provided if needed)Hybrid schedule (Tues-Thurs onsite) with flexibilityCompetitive base ($98K-$125K) + bonus + strong benefits packageIf you're someone who enjoys the people side of recruiting but wants to step away from business development, this is a fantastic next move.
