LHH is partnering with a dynamic, values-led, privately held organization in the Portland metro area to hire a Talent Acquisition Partner who will play a key role in shaping and elevating their corporate recruiting strategy. This is a highly visible, hands-on opportunity where you'll lead executive-level searches, enhance sourcing strategy, mentor a recruiter, and collaborate closely with senior leadership to drive impactful hiring decisions.This is a hybrid position based in Portland, OR. Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience, with a targeted base salary range of $90,000-$110,000, plus comprehensive benefits.What You'll Be Doing:Lead full-cycle recruitment for high-impact, non-operations roles across the organizationDrive senior-level hiring efforts, including Director and VP searches, with exposure to executive recruitment initiativesDevelop and execute innovative sourcing strategies, including market mapping and targeted outreach, to build strong talent pipelinesServe as a strategic partner to hiring leaders, aligning talent initiatives with evolving business needsCoach and support a recruiter, helping to elevate team performance and recruiting effectivenessPartner cross-functionally to enhance and promote the organization's employer brandIdentify opportunities to streamline and optimize recruiting processes for greater efficiency and qualityDeliver a best-in-class candidate experience with a thoughtful, high-touch approach from intake through offerPartner on workforce planning initiatives tied to growth, change, and organizational prioritiesContribute to early-career and internship recruiting efforts as the business continues to growWhat We're Looking For:5+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience with strong ownership of corporate recruitingProven experience recruiting across professional functions such as Finance, HR/People, Technology, Commercial, or similar areasTrack record of successfully closing senior-level talent, including Director-level and aboveExpertise in direct sourcing and building engaged talent pipelines and communitiesConfidence in influencing and advising leadership throughout the hiring processExperience mentoring or developing other recruitersProficiency with applicant tracking systems and using recruiting data to drive decisionsExcellent communication skills with the ability to build trust and credibility quicklyA collaborative, consultative mindset with the ability to balance strategic thinking and hands-on executionBenefitsFull-time employees may receive:Medical, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company matchHealth Savings Account (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA)Life insurance and short-term & long-term disability coverageWellness programs and fitness benefitsAdditional voluntary benefitsPaid holidays and PTO
