With major projects already underway and a growing pipeline, they are now building out their construction leadership team. This is an early enough stage for the right person to shape how they build, with the financial backing and ambition to do it at scale.About the roleThis is an owner-side seat. You will take full accountability for the end-to-end delivery of a large-scale data center build, from groundbreaking through commissioning. The buck stops with you on your project.You will have a small team reporting to you, working closely with design, engineering, finance, and executive leadership. This is not a portfolio management role, it is a hands-on builder seat for someone who genuinely loves the work.Key responsibilitiesOwn the full construction lifecycle, planning, design interface, permitting, vertical build, commissioning, and handoverSelect, negotiate with, and manage the prime contractor under AIA agreementsDrive schedule, budget, safety, and quality across your buildImplement and refine standardized delivery processes and playbooksCoach and develop a small team of analysts and associatesAct as the senior on-site voice across all construction mattersAbout you12+ years in construction management on large-scale data center, industrial, or mission-critical infrastructure projectsAt least one large-scale build delivered end-to-end as the accountable ownerExposure to hyperscale or multi-hundred-megawatt-class data center environments preferredStrong working knowledge of AIA contracts, GMP structures, change order management, and GC/vendor negotiationsFamiliar with data center MEP infrastructure and commissioning requirementsA hands-on builder at heart, comfortable at active construction sitesCompensation & locationBased in Miami, FL.
