Leave of Absence Manager - $140k-$160kGlobal law firm is seeking a Leave of Absence Manager to administer the firm's U.S. leave of absence programs.In addition to maintaining current systems and processes, the firm is excited to bring on an experienced administrator to truly innovate the department's procedures!Responsibilities:Administer U.S. leave of absence programs, including FMLA, CFRA, short-term and long-term disability, parental leave, family leave, Workers' Compensation, and other statutory or firm-sponsored leavesAdvise company on leave entitlements and policiesMonitor leave balances and maintain accurate trackingEvaluate current leave processes and provide strategic support for improvementsHelp oversee relationship with external benefits brokersCoordinate state and federal leave programsLiaise with the firm's workers' compensation carrierProvide continuous mentorship to teamStay current on legislative changes and industry best practices5+ years of leave management experience is required for the role. Ideally, applicants will have law firm / professional services experience + knowledge of Unum Total Leave or similar systems.This role will operate on a hybrid schedule and this individual will be in-office in DTLA 3 days a week.Please apply if you are interested and qualified!
