Our client in Bay City, MI is seeking an experienced 3rd Shift Melt Supervisor to lead foundry melting operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This hands-on leadership role is responsible for overseeing furnace operations, ensuring safety and quality standards, and supporting production efficiency.
