The Account Manager will own day-to-day management of a key B2B account, building and maintaining strong client relationships while driving execution across all stages of production.Responsibilities include coordinating production schedules, managing project timelines, and ensuring on-time delivery of merchandise orders. This role will act as the central point of communication between internal teams and clients, proactively identifying and solving issues, and delivering a high level of customer experience.QualificationsStrong relationship management and client communication skillsProven account management experience (B2B preferred)Understanding of manufacturing, production, or supply chain environmentsProject management experience, including managing timelines and coordinating tasks across teamsProficiency with tools or systems used for production, distribution, or logisticsProblem-solving skills and ability to handle challenges effectivelyAttention to detail and organizational skillsExperience in merchandising, licensing, or related fields is a plusProficiency in using ERP platforms and project management softwareAbility to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentBachelor's degree in business, marketing, communication, or a related field is preferredCompensation & Benefits Base salary: $70,000 - $75,000Benefits Package PTO 401(k)On-site role, 5 days per week in Costa Mesa
