Human Resources Generalist

LHH is partnering with a manufacturing organization as they add onto their grow team! This role as a Bilingual HR Generalist will be responsible for new hire orientation and onboarding, employee engagement, payroll and benefits, safety & compliance. In addition, you will build strong relationships with our company's managers in order to help them with their human resource needs. This role is 100% on-site.Responsibilities Serve as a primary point of contact for employee questions, concerns, and policy interpretationAssist with employee investigations, corrective action documentation, and performance management supportPromote employee engagement, culture initiatives, and workforce communicationSupport compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws (FMLA, ADA, EEO, OSHA, etc.)QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or related area5+ years' of experience working in Human ResourcesManufacturing experience requiredSpanish/English bilingual required Strong interpersonal and communication skills
