Apply today!Job ResponsibilitiesManage the HR functions for two store locations: Plymouth Meeting, PA and Exton, PA, with duties shared across both sitesCarry out policies related to phases of the Company and Human ResourcesOnboard new hires by completing all necessary paperwork and processesMaintain coworkers' records in accordance with Company and government guidelines for reporting purposesPlan and conduct new coworker orientation and other types of training classes to foster positive attitudes and improve coworker retentionResponsible for promoting, initiating, and maintaining all facets of benefits, compensation, and performance appraisal review programResponsible for timekeeping and payroll proceduresHandle all employee relations concerns with guidance from Corporate officeOversee Human Resources Assistant in each locationJob RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree, preferredPrior retail sales management experience, preferred4+ years Human Resources Generalist experience preferred.Creative problem solving and confidentiality skillsExcellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skillsAbility to learn HR computer systems Available to work varied days and hours as work schedule requires, including evenings and weekends; must be willing and able to travel regularly between the Plymouth Meeting, PA and Exton, PA store locationsBenefitsAt Boscov's, we value our employees, and that's why we provide a competitive compensation and benefits package.
