Reporting to the EVP Finance - Corporate, this executive will build scalable HR infrastructure while serving as a strategic partner to business leadership across a multi-site manufacturing and distribution environment.Key ResponsibilitiesLead all North America HR strategy and operationsServe as trusted advisor to executive leadershipBuild payroll, benefits, compensation, and HR systems infrastructureLead talent acquisition, succession planning, and performance managementSupport plant and distribution leaders on workforce, employee relations, and compliance mattersPartner with global HR leaders to align people processesDrive organizational effectiveness during carve-out and growth initiativesIdeal Background10-15+ years of progressive HR leadership experienceStrong background in manufacturing, distribution, or industrial environmentsExperience building HR processes, systems, and teamsCarve-out, standalone, or transformation experience preferredKnowledge of U.S. and Canada employment law and complianceHands-on, strategic leader with strong executive presenceBachelor's degree required, advanced degree preferredCompensationCompetitive base salary plus annual incentive bonus.
