This role partners closely with recruiters and hiring leaders to map target markets, engage passive talent, and deliver data-driven sourcing strategies that support priority hiring initiatives. You will play a critical role in identifying competitive talent landscapes, building structured pipelines, and providing visibility into labor market dynamics.What You'll DoDevelop and execute targeted sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, advanced Boolean search, competitive mapping, referrals, and market research.Conduct structured talent mapping to identify competitors, succession targets, and emerging talent pools across priority functions.Partner with recruiters at intake to align on success profiles, labor market realities, and calibrated search strategy.Proactively engage passive candidates through personalized outreach and disciplined follow-up.Build proactive, role-specific pipelines for critical and recurring hiring needs to ensure consistent market coverage.Provide data-driven market insights that inform candidate calibration, search direction, and hiring expectations.Monitor outreach performance, pipeline health, and conversion metrics; adjust strategy based on results.Design and maintain structured talent pipelines within iCIMS, leveraging tagging, segmentation, and CRM functionality to support long-term engagement and visibility.
