Your role at Clorox:The Lead Talent Acquisition Coordinator manages the interview process, logistics, and scheduling, and leads a team of 2-3 coordinators to improve efficiency and candidate experience. Key responsibilities include optimizing scheduling workflows, ATS accuracy, pre-boarding activities, and mentoring team members. This role requires experience directly managing a team. In this role, you will:Team leadershipManage the day-to-day activity of the team to ensure compliance & completion of the TA operations activitiesTrain the team on new TA Ops processes and workflowsWork directly with the team to improve process and productivity by eliminating duplicate/manual work and integrating automation for streamlined processesSupport interview logistics & pre-boarding processSupport interview scheduling, travel arrangements, and any other required support activities for the interview and recruiting process.Provide post-offer support to all candidates, including pre-employment screening and timely communication with candidates and stakeholders.Manage background checks, ensuring timely processing and escalation of issues. including reviews and final recommendationsEnsure 1-9 Completion in 1-9 Service Center for new hires in a timely manner.Responsible for documenting and maintaining TA Ops process flowsManage the TAC@clorox e-mail and address issues in a timely manner.Serve as lead/SME for all TAC processes, including process improvements and change management; serves as the TA cross-functional lead on any projects related to candidate experienceManage the employee referral payments process Work with the WD team to ensure the timely processing of employee referral bonus paymentsManage/resolve employee referral-related tickets assigned through the People@Clorox portal and escalate as appropriateWhat we look for:4+ years of work experience within Talent Acquisition in a Recruiting specialist/Talent Acquisition Coordinator role2+ years of experience using ATS (Workday recruiting highly preferred)- TA workflows and managing interview scheduling processes2+ years of experience with Background check systems & processes2+ years of experience with E-Verify/I-9 verification process1+ years' experience managing & training team members on TA Ops processesHighly proficient in the use of Microsoft Office software programs, especially Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePointStrong project management skills, action-oriented, drive for results, set clear expectations and milestones, reviews and drives progress, act decisively, solve problems, and be counted on to consistently meet or exceed goals.Strong communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to manage complex information and logistics in a concise mannerStrong attention to detailBachelor's degree or equivalent experience requiredLI-HYBRIDWorkplace type:Hybrid - 3 days in the office and 2 days working remotely from home.Our values-based culture connects to our purpose and empowers people to be their best, professionally and personally.
