We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven HR Manager to lead HR function who can operate both strategically and hands-onKey ResponsibilitiesStrategic LeadershipDevelop and execute HR strategies aligned with overall business objectivesServe as a trusted advisor to leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, and change managementLead succession planning initiatives to ensure a strong leadership pipelineDrive performance management and talent development programsHands-On HR OperationsOversee day-to-day HR operations including employee relations, compliance, and HR policiesManage payroll processes with expertise in ADP PayrollMaintain and optimize HR systems (HRIS) for accuracy and efficiencyEnsure compliance with federal, state, and local employment lawsTalent Management & DevelopmentSupport full-cycle recruitment efforts across multiple functions and levelsDevelop innovative talent acquisition strategies to attract top talentDesign and deliver leadership development and training programsSupport career development and employee engagement initiativesCompensation & BenefitsDesign, implement, and manage competitive compensation and benefits programsConduct compensation analysis, market benchmarking, and salary structure developmentOversee benefits administration, vendor relationships, and annual renewalsProvide strategic recommendations to enhance total rewards programsAnalytics & ReportingUtilize HR data and analytics to drive informed decision-makingMonitor key HR metrics (turnover, retention, engagement, etc.)Provide insights and recommendations to improve organizational effectivenessQualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)Strong leader with sound and trustworthy judgement5+ years of progressive HR experience, including 3+ years of leadership responsibilitiesStrong experience with ADP Payroll and HRIS systemsAbility to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalismProven ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on executionStrong analytical skills, critical thinking, and problem-solving skillsExperience in talent acquisition, succession planning, and leadership developmentExcellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skillsKnowledge of employment laws and HR best practicesProven ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organizationHR certification (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR) is a plus
