They are seeking a technically strong, customer-facing Technical Account Manager or Technical Customer Success Manager to manage and expand a portfolio of enterprise clients across the United States.This is a hands-on, consultative role requiring close collaboration with developers, DevOps teams, and engineering leadership. You will support customers in optimising build performance, scaling infrastructure, and improving development velocity.
