This role is ideal for an experienced Executive Assistant who takes pride in ownership, reliability, and attention to detail, and who is looking for a long-term opportunity with expanded responsibility and visibility.This is an opportunity to work closely with a CEO while gaining exposure to both company operations and a dynamic office environment. The role offers long-term stability, meaningful responsibility, and the ability to grow alongside evolving needs.Responsibilities:• Executive Supporto Manage and optimize the CEO's calendar across business and personal commitmentso Coordinate all travel, including complex domestic and international itinerarieso Prepare meeting materials, agendas, and briefings to ensure the CEO is well-preparedo Draft, review, and manage communications and correspondenceo Track follow-ups and ensure timely execution of commitmentso Serve as a gatekeeper, prioritizing inbound requests and protecting the CEO's time• Coordinationo Support scheduling and coordination of leadership meetings and company prioritieso Assist with preparation of presentations and internal communicationso Track key action items and ensure follow-through across teamso Provide general support on special projects as neededo Assist in overseeing a portfolio of real estate assets, including multifamily and retail propertieso Coordinate with property managers, brokers, and contractorso Track projects, leasing activity, and key deadlineso Support administrative aspects of acquisitions, dispositions, and capital projects• Administration Managemento Coordinate operations across multiple residences, including vendors, maintenance, and schedulingo Manage personal travel planning and logisticso Assist with events, guests, and general household coordination• Financial & Administrative Supporto Manage bill pay and ensure timely handling of personal financial obligationso Maintain organized records, documents, and contractso Help implement and maintain simple systems for tracking expenses and obligations• Personal Calendar Managemento Maintain and coordinate the CEO's personal calendar alongside business commitmentso Ensure alignment across professional and personal prioritieso Anticipate scheduling needs and proactively resolve conflicts• Team & Vendor Coordinationo Work closely with internal support staff and external vendorso Ensure clear communication and timely execution of taskso Build strong working relationships with key service providersRequirements:o 5-10+ years of experience supporting senior executiveso Strong organizational and time management skillso Excellent written and verbal communicationo High level of discretion, professionalism, and reliabilityo Comfortable managing both business and personal responsibilitieso Highly organized and detail-orientedo Proactive, dependable, and solutions-focusedo Strong sense of ownership and follow-througho Flexible, and willing to handle a wide range of taskso Interested in a long-term role with stability and growth
