We are a growing workforce solutions firm specializing in high-volume light industrial staffing. We are seeking a driven and competitive Staffing Sales Representative to develop new client relationships and expand business within manufacturing, warehousing, distribution, and production environments.This role is focused on generating consistent, high-volume staffing accounts and building long-term partnerships with operational leaders who need scalable workforce solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesProspect, develop, and close new high-volume light industrial staffing accounts Target manufacturing, warehousing, logistics, distribution, and production facilities Build relationships with plant managers, operations leaders, HR teams, and decision-makers Sell staffing solutions including: Temporary labor Temp-to-perm placements Peak-season and surge staffing support Manage full sales cycle from cold outreach to contract execution Maintain consistent daily activity: calls, emails, visits, and meetings Track pipeline activity and client engagement in CRM (HubSpot or similar) Partner with recruiting teams to ensure timely fulfillment of client needs Stay informed on production schedules, labor demands, and industry trends What We're Looking For1-5+ years of sales experience (staffing, logistics, or industrial sales preferred) Proven ability to develop new business and close accounts Strong hunter mentality with high activity and persistence Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-volume environments Strong communication and relationship-building skills Ability to understand operational hiring needs in industrial settings Experience with CRM systems is a plus
