Their continued investment in technology, process improvement, and people has positioned them as a market leader within their space.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesLead daily production floor operations to meet safety, quality, and output goalsProvide direction, coaching, and accountability to production employeesMonitor workflow, staffing, and floor activity to keep production on trackCommunicate delays, problems, or risks to management promptlyHelp coordinate materials and production readiness before jobs beginEnsure quality standards, work instructions, and operating procedures are followedSupport troubleshooting and problem-solving on the floor as issues ariseReinforce safety standards, housekeeping expectations, and company policiesComplete and support required production documentation and checksPartner with leadership and other departments to maintain smooth operationsQualificationsMinimum 3 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environmentTechnical training or experience in an engineering or manufacturing setting preferredStrong troubleshooting, decision-making, and multitasking skillsStrong verbal and written communication skillsGood math skillsBasic Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Excel, and WordWhat We're Looking ForA hands-on leader who is comfortable being active on the production floorSomeone who can set clear expectations and hold a team accountableA supervisor who works with urgency, consistency, and follow-throughA leader who can adapt quickly in a fast-moving production environment
