Your new companyHAYS Recruitment has partnered with one of the largest privately-owned Real Estate firms in NYC, who are looking to hire a Leasing Consultant across their 3.5M sq ft residential portfolio.Your new roleAs the internal Leasing Consultant, you will support the Director of Leasing and onsite General Managers to drive occupancy and resident retention of a multifamily portfolio totaling 500 luxury rental units. Responsibilities will include marketing and listing of apartment homes, coordinating showings, conducting apartment tours, and supporting resident transfers and renewals.
