Title: ERP Trainer (Manufacturing ERP - Epicor)Location: Bethel, CT (Onsite)Employment Type: Direct Hire (Full-Time)Status: Accepting CandidatesAbout the roleJoin an operations team supporting ERP adoption across manufacturing facilities. This role focuses on delivering ERP system training, developing user documentation, and supporting system usage improvements across production and operational teams.The ideal candidate will be a manufacturing ERP super user with strong hands-on system knowledge and the ability to train end users and support continuous improvement initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary ERP subject matter expert and internal trainer across manufacturing facilitiesDevelop and deliver ERP end-user training programs, SOPs, and documentationTrain new users and support ongoing ERP adoption across operational teamsAnalyze manufacturing workflows and identify improvements in ERP system usagePartner with operations, purchasing, planning, and inventory teams to optimize system functionalitySupport ERP implementations, upgrades, and enhancementsAssist with ERP system testing, validation, and rollout activitiesMaintain accurate documentation related to ERP configurations and process changesSupport continuous improvement initiatives using Lean manufacturing principlesTravel to manufacturing sites to deliver training and provide operational supportQualificationsExperience working in a manufacturing environmentExperience serving as an ERP Super User or Key UserExperience supporting ERP training or system adoptionExperience working with manufacturing ERP systems such as:Epicor (Preferred)SAPOracleInforExperience developing training materials and documentationExperience supporting ERP implementations or upgradesStrong understanding of manufacturing workflows including:InventoryPurchasingPlanningShipping/ReceivingStrong communication and training skillsAbility to travel between manufacturing facilitiesStrong problem-solving and organizational skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience working with Epicor ERPExperience applying Lean manufacturing principlesExperience supporting ERP validation and testingExperience supporting multi-site manufacturing operationsExperience supporting ERP workflow improvementsCompensationEstimated salary range: $85,000 - $105,000 baseFinal salary will be based on skills, experience, and interview results.Work Schedule: 100% Onsite
