This entry-level role offers growth potential and opportunities for AVskills training for the right person. The position supports technicians andproject managers through accurate pulls, returns, basic QC,deliveries/pickups, and warehouse organization. MeyerPro is committed toexcellent customer service internally and externally, and employees areexpected to uphold this standard.Responsibilities• Pull equipment for shows and will-call rentals; stage, label, and verifyorders against pull sheets.• Check gear back into inventory after events; perform basic QC (functiontests, note damage/missing items) and restock to proper locations.• Complete deliveries and pickups for shows, rentals, and subrentals usinga van or non-CDL box truck.• Handle shipping and receiving; verify counts, process RMAs/returns, andupdate records in rental/inventory systems.• Participate in loading and unloading gear from delivery vehicles.• Maintain clean, organized, and safe warehouse spaces; support generalshop tasks (case maintenance, cable management, palletizing).• Assist with new equipment intake, asset tagging, and data entry inrental/inventory software.• Communicate professionally with clients, venues, drivers, technicians,and internal teams regarding schedules, changes, and order readiness.• Other duties as assigned.Qualifications• Team-oriented mindset focused on MeyerPro's and our clients' bestinterests.• Strong organization and attention to detail; able to prioritize in afast-paced, changing environment.• Valid driver's license; comfortable operating a van or non-CDL box truckwith a safe driving approach.• Forklift certified or willing to be trained/certified (company provided).• Basic computer proficiency; familiarity with rental/inventory software andmobile routing/scanning apps is a plus.• Professional, courteous communication with clients, venues, and internalteams.• Knowledge of basic load securement and dock/venue procedurespreferred.• Ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs and maneuver roadcases/material-handling equipment.• Schedule flexibility"”able to work early mornings, evenings, andweekends as needed based on event schedules.Benefits• Premium Medical Insurance• Premium Dental Insurance• Annual Vacation Pay• Sick Pay• Seven paid Holidays per year• One paid floating holiday per year• Cell Phone monthly stipend• 401K eligibility after 6 months of serviceMeyerPro Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
