Materials Coordinator Hayward, CAJob DetailsDuration: 3-4 month contractPay Rate: $24.75/hour + benefitsLocation: Hayward, CA (Onsite)We are partnering with a leading biotech company to hire an Materials Coordinator for a short-term contract opportunity in Hayward, CA.Key ResponsibilitiesManage inventory transfers between manufacturing, receiving, and warehouse locationsPerform cycle counts, investigate discrepancies, and reconcile inventory variancesSupport shipping, receiving, picking, packing, and order fulfillment activitiesMonitor inventory accuracy across warehouse and offsite storage locationsGenerate reports and process transactions using ERP systemsEnsure compliance with GMP/ISO standards in a regulated environmentCollaborate cross-functionally with Manufacturing, Planning, Customer Service, and FinanceQualifications3-5 years of experience in inventory, materials, or logisticsExperience in life sciences, biotech, or regulated environments preferredStrong ERP experience (SAP highly preferredKnowledge of inventory control, cycle counting, and reconciliation processesFamiliarity with GMP and ISO environmentsProficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)Experience with UPS Worldship and/or FedEx Ship Manager is a plusDetail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skillsAbility to lift up to 50 lbs Ideal CandidateHands-on inventory professional in a fast-paced, regulated environmentStrong analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilitiesAble to multitask and work cross-functionally with multiple teams
