Job Title: Contact Center AgentDuration: Contract to hireSchedule: Monday-Friday, shifts between 8:00 AM - 6:30 PM ESTLocation Details : State OH (Ohio) , PA (Pennsylvania), WV (West Virginia)Cities Columbus, Cleveland, Cincinnati, Pittsburgh, South Charleston & other cities tooRole Overview:The Customer Service Representative will use call center experience, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail to deliver an excellent customer experience. The ideal candidate enjoys building relationships, adapts quickly to change, and always maintains professionalism.Key Responsibilities:• Accurately document call details and customer interactions• Identify and escalate risks or trends to management• Handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment• Maintain a professional and customer-focused demeanor• Perform other duties as assignedBasic Qualifications:• 2+ years of customer service experience• 1+ year of call center experience• 6 months of Utilities or Health & Public Services experience• High School Diploma or GED• Strong computer skills (Internet, Outlook, email)• Data entry experience• Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)• Reliable internet connection for handling calls• Quiet and private remote work environment
