PositionERP Analyst / ERP Systems Engineer, ManufacturingLocationSaint Paul, Minnesota (Onsite)EmploymentFull-Time, PermanentSalary Range$90,000 - $120,000 AnnuallyJob DescriptionA manufacturing organization is seeking a ERP Systems Engineer to support and improve manufacturing systems and workflows within a medical device production environment. This role focuses on bridging operations and technology by supporting day-to-day system issues while leading longer-term system and process improvements. The position partners closely with Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and IS teams to ensure manufacturing systems effectively support production needs.Key Responsibilities:Support manufacturing operations by troubleshooting ERP and system-related issues and driving resolutionsLead or execute system and process improvements to enhance efficiency, reliability, and scalabilityGather and document business and technical requirements, including workflows and functional specificationsCoordinate with cross-functional teams and IS partners to design, test, and implement system enhancementsAssess current processes, identify gaps, and recommend solutions to prevent recurring operational issuesParticipate in production meetings and support planning and forecasting needsHelp establish and reinforce quality and continuous improvement practices within the manufacturing environmentRequired Skills & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Engineering, Technical, or Scientific discipline3-6 years of experience supporting manufacturing systems in a production environmentHands-on ERP experience (Epicor strongly preferred)Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, business processes, and how systems support production, supply chain, and financeExperience gathering requirements and translating them into system or process improvementsAbility to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and solve problems in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and IS teamsNice to Have Skills & ExperienceMedical device manufacturing experienceLean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement experienceExperience supporting or implementing ERP enhancements or system integrationsExposure to electronic-based manufacturing environmentsWe are a company committed to creating inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
