Hospitality at our core; we put people first by creating meaningful connections and delivering memorable experiences to every guest, every time.The Senior Event Marketing Manager will play a critical role in executing grand openings, rebrand launches, and national marketing events, while also acting as the primary liaison between the Event Sales and Marketing teams.This role owns the event process end to end, from planning through execution and post-event reporting, while also supporting outbound sales efforts through the development of marketing materials, trade show coordination, and alignment on sales initiatives. The ideal candidate is both strategic and execution-focused, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders, timelines, and priorities.What You'll Do: Event Strategy, Planning & Execution:Lead the planning and execution of grand openings, rebrand launches, and key marketing events across marketsDevelop and manage event timelines, run-of-show documents, and execution plansLead event planning meetings with marketing, operations, and center teamsOwn post-event recaps, performance insights, and reporting to internal stakeholdersSales & Marketing Alignment:Serve as the primary liaison between Event Sales and Marketing teamsPartner with Event Sales to support outbound initiatives with marketing materials, messaging, and assetsCoordinate the development of sales collateral, presentations, and event-specific materialsEnsure alignment between marketing campaigns and sales priorities to drive event bookingsSupport Event Sales presence at trade shows with branded materials, booth setup, and messaging alignmentIdentify opportunities to maximize lead generation and brand presence at industry eventsCross-Functional Coordination:Partner closely with marketing, operations, PR, and events teams to ensure consistent brand executionAct as the central point of contact for event-related marketing requests from internal teamsCoordinate with the Events department on marketing needs, timelines, and asset deliveryOperations & Vendor Management:Own vendor sourcing, communication, and execution (photographers, talent, media activations, etc.)Oversee shipment, inventory, and distribution of branded materials and event assetsManage on-site execution as needed, ensuring brand standards and guest experience excellenceManage inbound marketing requests related to events, sales support, and in-center activationsPR & Partnership Integration:Partner with PR and partnerships teams to integrate media, influencers, and brand partners into eventsSupport execution of partnership campaigns, ensuring deliverables are met across events and activationsCoordinate media visits, press moments, and on-site coverage tied to events and openingsAct as a key point of contact for partners, ensuring seamless execution and brand alignmentBudget & Project Management:Track event budgets, invoices, and overall spendManage timelines and deliverables across multiple concurrent projectsSupport partnership execution and task management across campaignWhat You'll Bring5-7 years of experience in event coordination and marketing or partnership marketing.Experience working cross-functionally with sales teams and supporting revenue-driving initiatives.Strong organizational and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail.Strong vendor management skillsAbility to manage multiple events and priorities in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Willingness to travel as needed to event locations.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace; experience with project management tools (e.g., Monday) a plus.Passion for creating memorable guest experiences and representing an iconic entertainment brand.What You'll GetAt Lucky Strike Entertainment, we're committed to supporting your well being both on and off the job.
