Growing facility services company is seeking an Account Manager in the San Bruno / San Francisco area, including servicing one of the most prestigious companies in the country.You will be trained on all services offered and rendered by the company. RESPONSIBILITIESThe position is responsible for managing, developing and coordinating resources to support client accounts.Travel to client locations is required, develop knowledge of client facilities, services and needs.Conduct pre and post walks to monitor the quality of service delivered; quality of service needs to exceed client expectations.Be an expert in all lines of services offered, know the intricacies of each product to address client issues and attain desired results.Up sell accounts when additional services are required. Leverage knowledge of all lines of service to address client challenges.Serve as a liaison between executive management, operations managers, clients and subcontracts.Develops and maintains solid relationship with existing and new clients.Identifies issues with facilities and presents resolutions to address issues to clients.Maintains a consistent flow of communication with clients, sales and operations.Accurate documentation of all client visits and communications.Review the accounts receivable and billing for accounts to ensure accuracy and that invoicing is in accordance with procedures and contract agreements.Identify new business opportunities and leads.EDUCATIONAL AND TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTSBachelor's Degree or Associates Degree (depending on experience) in Business Administration or related field preferred.Proficient in Microsoft products including Excel and Word a must.Salesforce experience a plus.EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS5+ years in the service industry, facilities management, commercial cleaning, large scale property management or retail experience required.Professional personal presentation a must with the ability to maintain poise, tact and diplomacy when required.Demonstrated collaboration with operations and creating solutions experience required.Demonstrated ability to communicate, verbally and in writing, with internal and external customers at all levels.
