Our client is a prestigious Financial Services firm in Austin that is looking for a Technical Recruiter to join their team!ResponsibilitiesManage and maintain a pipeline of qualified and active candidatesPartner with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to prioritize needsUtilize social media, job boards, and networking events to uncover qualified candidatesDraft job descriptions and post accordinglyDraft and extend offersQualificationsBachelor's Degree required & strong academic background3+ years of full life cycle technical recruiting experienceMust have strong stakeholder management experience, liaising with hiring managers to drive strategic decisionsExcellent communication skills- both written and verbalAbility to problem solve and thrive in a fast-paced environmentPerks:Great company culture (hybrid)Competitive compensation packageThe annual base salary range is $100,000 to $140,000.
