Join Us.Envu is proud to be Great Place to Work Certified in the U.S., France and India (June 2025 - June 2026)FUNCTIONCFOLOCATIONCary North Carolina, USA JOBTYPEPermanentJOB GRADE6 GET TO KNOW YOUR AREA: Manage Credit Management activities to minimize financial risk and exposure to the companyAccelerate Collections of receivables and reduce bad debt Coordinate US A/R Factoring Program across key internal/external stakeholdersYOUR MISSION WILL BE TO: Monitor accounts across NA legal entities to identify outstanding debtsResolve billing disputes and deductions by collaborating with customer operations and external partners (e.g. Accenture)Contact customers to obtain payment information on past due balancesProcess payments and refundsUpdate account status records and collection efforts by maintaining notes on collection activitiesReporting on aged trial balance to ensure cash forecast goals are being metAccount reconciliations and cash application researchReleasing credit holdsAssisting with conducting annual credit evaluations of existing customers as well as new customersCoordinate weekly cross functional A/R factoring activities to include sales and repayment procedures; ongoing assessment of opportunities to maximize factoring Monthly A/R factoring reporting Partner with internal and external A/R factoring stakeholders on key processes (credit reviews, utilization, accounting recons, etc)ARE YOU READY FOR THE ROLE?Main requirements: Professional Designation on Credit Management and Collections desirable, but not requiredBS or BA in Business Administrations, Economics, Accounting or related field desired+5 years experience in accounts receivable or payables with a working knowledge of account managementFluent in English Knowledge of billing procedures and collection techniques Working knowledge of MS Office Suite and strong Excel skilletComfortable working with targets and deadlinesAbility to prioritize and shift focus as neededKnowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plusExcellent communication skills (written and oral)Analytical and problem-solving skillsetEnvu is committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees and applicants, regardless of ethnicity, color, race, religion, origin, age, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, or other conditions.
