Supply Chain Planning Manager

Job Title: Supply Chain Manager / Planning and ProcurementLocation: Garden GroveSchedule: Monday - Friday, Day Shift (8 hours)Salary: $90,000 - $130,000 annuallyPosition OverviewWe are seeking a Supply Chain Manager with strong aerospace manufacturing experience to lead planning, procurement, and inventory operations. This role will drive ERP optimization, improve On-Time Delivery (OTD), and ensure material availability to support production and customer commitments.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and develop a team of planners and buyersDrive ERP utilization as the single source of truthOversee MRP, master data, and production planning (MPS)Ensure material availability aligns with production schedulesImprove inventory accuracy, reduce excess & obsolete inventory, and optimize turnsManage supplier performance and negotiate long-term agreementsEnsure compliance with AS9100 standardsDrive Lean / Six Sigma initiatives and eliminate process bottlenecksQualificationsBachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field7+ years of manufacturing experience (3+ years in aerospace required)APICS CPIM or CSCP certification (required)Strong ERP systems experience and advanced Excel skillsSolid understanding of MRP, inventory planning, and supply chain operationsProven leadership experience managing planners and buyersAdditional RequirementsKnowledge of AS9100 and ITAR/EAR regulationsAbility to analyze data and drive decision-makingStrong communication and organizational skillsMust meet "U.S. Person" requirements under ITARSupply Chain Manager • Production Planning • Procurement • MRP • ERP • Aerospace Manufacturing • Inventory Control • Demand Planning • Supplier Management • APICS • CPIM • CSCP • AS9100 • Lean Manufacturing
