We are looking for a strategic Talent Acquisition professional who will play a key role in driving hiring excellence across the organization. This individual will partner closely with business leaders to anticipate talent needs, strengthen employer positioning, and ensure a best-in-class candidate experience.What You'll Be Responsible For• Acting as a strategic partner to business leaders to understand workforce needs and translate them into effective hiring strategies.• Owning the full recruitment lifecycle at all levels from intake to offer, ensuring efficiency and quality of hire.• Building and maintaining strong talent pipelines for critical and recurring roles.• Leveraging multiple sourcing channels and managing external partners when needed.• Supporting employer branding initiatives to enhance market visibility and attract top talent.• Tracking recruitment metrics and using data insights to continuously improve processes.• Advising stakeholders on market trends, talent availability, and hiring best practices.What Success Looks Like• Timely fulfillment of open roles with high-quality talent.• Strong collaboration and trust with hiring managers.• Improved recruitment KPIs and optimized sourcing strategies.• A consistent, positive candidate experience aligned with company values.Requirements:_ Bachelor Degree in B.A. or related_ Professional experience in the role: 5+ years_ Strong experience recruiting across manufacturing operations and corporate functions, including both high-volume frontline roles and specialized professional positions.Pay transparency: salary range from $65,000 - $80,000 USD annually.
