Position OverviewThe Office Administrator (OA) provides essential administrative support across office operations, acting as a liaison between the regional team and the company's finance and human resources Service Center. This role supports the General Sales Manager (GSM) and branch operations while embodying the company core values: Professionalism, Focus, Passion, and Responsibility.Key Responsibilities:Administrative & Operational SupportManage daily office operations including mail, shipping (FedEx/UPS), office supplies, and equipment maintenanceMaintain organized filing systems and ensure adherence to record retention policiesProfessionally answer and route incoming phone callsPlan and coordinate meetings and eventsCode and submit operating expenses for GSM approvalSupport sales team with Tell-Sell calling (as applicable)Finance & Accounting SupportAssist Finance Shared Services with route paperwork, payroll processing, and customer account inquiriesPerform daily balancing in the Encompass Route Accounting System and ensure documentation accuracyHuman Resources SupportPartner with the Talent Business Partner (TBP) on HR policies and proceduresSupport onboarding (new hire paperwork), timecard tracking, recruiting documentation, and uniform coordinationRespond to general HR-related inquiriesCompliance & CollaborationEnsure compliance with state and federal record retention and posting guidelinesCollaborate across departments and share best practicesMaintain a professional representation of the company and brandQualifications:Minimum RequirementsHigh School Diploma or GED requiredStrong verbal and written communication skillsStrong mathematical and technical skills (including smartphone technology)Excellent organizational and time management abilitiesAbility to manage multiple priorities effectivelyProficiency in Microsoft OfficeFluent in EnglishPreferred QualificationsExperience in customer service, HR, office management, or accountingDirect Store Delivery or Route Accounting experience a plusAdditional language skills are a plusPhysical RequirementsRegular use of hands, reaching, talking, and hearingFrequent walking and sitting; occasional standing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawlingAbility to lift/move up to 25 pounds as neededVision requirements include close, distance, peripheral vision, depth perception, and focus adjustmentExposure to moving mechanical parts and outdoor conditionsModerate noise level in work environmentApply Now!About Us:Career Group is a premier, recruiting agency and a widely recognized name in corporate and administrative staffing.
