You keep the details tight, the people supported, and the process moving and this role puts you at the center of it all.What's in it for You?Pay: $26 to $29 per hourFull-time, stable role with consistent schedulingOpportunity for overtime as business needs demandExposure to full-cycle HR operations, including onboarding, recruiting, and benefitsProfessional office environment in Salem, ORHands-on experience with HRIS systems and employee lifecycle managementWhy You'll Love It HereBe part of a company where accuracy and accountability actually matterWork directly with leadership and gain real HR experience that builds your careerSupport a team that values communication, responsiveness, and professionalismOpportunity to expand your HR skill set across multiple functionsA collaborative environment where your organization and follow-through set you apartYour New RoleMaintain and update employee records in HRIS systems with a high level of accuracy in Salem, OROrganize and manage employee files, ensuring compliance with document retention standardsCoordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, including new hire paperwork and exit proceduresSupport recruiting efforts by posting jobs, coordinating interviews, and assisting with candidate communicationTrack attendance and leave records while routing documentation and employee questions appropriatelyAssist with benefits administration, including employee communications and enrollment trackingRespond to employee HR inquiries and ensure timely follow-up and resolutionMaintain strict confidentiality with all employee and company informationAssist with employee relations documentation and escalate complex matters as neededProvide backup support for front desk operations, including phones and visitor coordinationJob requirementsAssociate's degree required, Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience with 3 to 5 years in HR support or administrative rolesStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and OutlookExperience with HRIS systems such as QuickBooks or NetSuite is preferredHigh attention to detail with strong data entry accuracyExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesAbility to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretionExperience supporting onboarding, offboarding, and employee record managementStrong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively across teamsProblem-solving mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiativeValid driver's license requiredAbility to sit for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks such as typingWe are looking for candidates who are passionate about the job they do and eager to contribute to our team.
