You'll work closely with (and report into) our Director of Marketing and Director of Content"”so you'll have direction, but plenty of room to run.What You'll DoOwn, actively manage, and grow Criquet's organic social (primarily Instagram, but we're not stuck in our ways).Build and manage a Criquet Ambassador Program"”identify the right people, get them in the gear, and keep them engaged.Concept, write, and execute content across social, email, ads, and the website.Work closely with our creative team to bring ideas to life (photo, video, campaigns, all of it).Keep a pulse on what's working, what's not, and where we should be zigging while others zag.What We're Looking For2+ years running social and/or content for a brand (bonus if it's in apparel, lifestyle, or something adjacent)A strong writer with a point of view"”can be funny without trying too hardSomeone who understands creators, communities, and how to build bothEqual parts ideas person and executor (you don't just pitch it"”you make it happen)Good taste.
