If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy building processes, and have a passion for leadership and accuracy, we want to hear from you. What You'll Own! Payroll OperationsOversee end-to-end payroll processing across multiple QSR brands Ensure payroll is accurate, timely, and compliant across all locations Manage high-volume, multi-state payroll cycles Leadership & DevelopmentLead, coach, and develop a team of payroll specialists Provide hands-on training and mentorship to build a strong payroll function Establish clear processes, expectations, and accountability Auditing, Reporting & ComplianceConduct payroll audits to ensure accuracy and compliance Review reports, reconciliations, and payroll variances Ensure proper handling of garnishments, taxes, and deductions Partner with HR and Finance on audits and reporting Utilize and optimize payroll systems (ADP Workforce Now / Vantage preferredIdentify opportunities to improve efficiency and accuracy Support system enhancements and workflow improvements Cross-Functional ImpactPartner with HR, Finance, and Operations leadership Support onboarding, compensation changes, and payroll-related processes Provide insights and reporting to support business decisions What We're Looking For5+ years of payroll experience, with leadership experience required Bachelors in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration Experience managing multi-state, high-volume payroll, and knowledgeable with multi-state and federal laws Proven experience in payroll auditing, reporting, and compliance Experience with ADP/Vantage, or similar systems preferred Bilingual in Spanish preferred but not requiredAll offers of employment are contingent upon the successful completion of a background check and any other applicable pre-employment screenings, in accordance with company policy and applicable laws.We are proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
