This is a long-term career opportunity with a company that values expertise, accountability, and strong leadership in the field.If you have experience in fire protection systems design, layout, and project management, we want to talk to you.What You'll Be Doing:Design and layout of fire sprinkler systems (commercial & multifamily projects)Manage projects from pre-construction through completionInterpret blueprints, specs, and hydraulic calculationsCoordinate with GCs, engineers, and field teamsOversee timelines, materials, and project executionEnsure compliance with NFPA codes and local regulationsWhat We're Looking For:Experience in fire sprinkler design and/or project managementNICET Certification (preferred - higher pay for higher levels)RME-G License (strongly preferred)Proficiency with design software (AutoSPRINK, HydraCAD, or similar)Strong communication and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and deadlinesWhat's Offered:Competitive pay: $30 - $48/hour (based on certifications & experience)Full benefits packageStable, long-term work with a respected companyOpportunity for growth into senior leadership rolesSupportive team environment with strong project pipeline
