Customer Operations Manager

THIS IS NOT A ROLE WITH FORCEBRANDSLocation: Boulder, CO (Fully Onsite)We're partnering with a fast-growing food company looking to bring on a Manager, Customer Service to own and build their order management function from the ground up. This is a highly visible, hands-on role where you'll wear multiple hats and play a key role in supporting rapid growth across multiple channels. This is not a plug-and-play environment. The right person will thrive in a startup-style setting, bring structure to ambiguity, and be excited to roll up their sleeves to build scalable processes while managing day-to-day execution.What You'll Do:Own end-to-end order management across all customers, ensuring accurate and timely processing across EDI and manual channelsAct as the primary point of contact for customers, managing order status, inventory, allocations, and delivery timelinesSupport a diverse customer base across Grocery, Mass (Walmart, Target), Food Service, eCommerce (Amazon), and moreBuild and refine order management processes and systems to support scalePartner closely with Supply Chain, Sales, and Finance to resolve issues and improve fulfillmentJump in wherever needed in a lean environment, balancing execution with process improvementWhat We're Looking For:Strong experience in customer service, order management, or customer operations within the food or CPG industryHands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves mentality with the ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environmentExperience supporting key retail channels such as Grocery, Mass, or eCommerceFamiliarity with EDI and order management systems requiredStrong communication skills and attention to detailSomeone who is excited to build, not just maintainIf you're looking to join a growing food brand where you can make a real impact and help build something from the ground up, this is a great opportunity to step in and own a critical function.
