As we continue to scale, TikTok is a core driver of our growth"”and we're looking for someone to own it.The Role We're hiring a TikTok Growth & Live Commerce Specialist to lead and scale our TikTok presence, with a heavy focus on TikTok Live operations, affiliate expansion, and TikTok Shop/Seller Central managementThis is not an entry-level role. You'll be responsible for building systems, managing people, and driving revenue through TikTok.What You'll DoTikTok Live OversightManage and oversee TikTok Live staff (hosts, moderators, schedulers)Optimize live show performance (conversion, engagement, retention)Develop scripts, offers, and live selling strategiesTrack KPIs and continuously improve performanceAffiliate Program GrowthRecruit, onboard, and manage TikTok affiliates at scaleBuild relationships with creators and incentivize performanceCreate systems for tracking affiliate sales and payoutsIdentify high-performing creators and double down on winnersTikTok Shop / Seller Central ManagementOwn and manage TikTok Seller Central operationsEnsure product listings are optimized for conversionManage inventory, pricing, promotions, and product launchesTroubleshoot platform issues and maintain account healthContent & StrategyWork with the content team to align TikTok strategy with brand goalsIdentify trends and turn them into revenue-driving content ideasTest, analyze, and iterate quickly
