Senior User Experience Designer

We're looking for a UX Designer to join our Fidelity Institutional UX Design team, supporting our Digital Service product area. In this role, you'll design intuitive, high-impact experiences for financial advisors who use our Wealthscape platform for client servicing and support, and the Fidelity Associates who provide operational support.You'll collaborate with designers and product partners across other areas of the Wealthscape platform to modernize user workflows, drive digitization, and improve operational efficiency our clients.What You'll Bring6+ years of UX design experience, ideally in complex enterprise or financial systemsProven success working in agile environments and supporting design teams at scaleExpertise in Figma, Jira, ConfluenceExperience in financial services and a passion for designing complex applicationsKey Skills & AttributesProactive and self-directed, with a strong sense of ownershipAnalytical thinker with curiosity to explore data and uncover actionable insightsSkilled problem solver who can identify friction points and design effective solutionsAdept at collaborating with product and design peers to drive consistency across multiple teamsExcellent communicator and facilitator, able to influence without direct authorityStrategic mindset with a bias toward action and continuous improvementComfortable working with cross-functional partners in a fast-paced environmentPassionate about improving design velocity and operational efficiencyDemonstrates strong individual initiative while contributing meaningfully to team efforts
