The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing test drives, collecting data, and ensuring vehicle performance meets defined standards under various conditions.Key Responsibilities:Conduct vehicle testing on public roads, test tracks, and controlled environments.Execute test plans and follow standard operating procedures for data collection.Identify and document vehicle issues, anomalies, and performance concerns.Provide detailed feedback to engineering teams on vehicle behavior and system performance.Support validation of ADAS, infotainment, powertrain, and chassis systems as required.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company driving policies.Maintain accurate logs, reports, and test documentation.Required Qualifications:Valid LTI (Licensed Test Driver) Certification - MandatoryValid driver's license with a clean driving recordPrior experience in automotive test driving or vehicle validationStrong understanding of vehicle systems and road testing protocolsAbility to work flexible hours, including weekends and shiftsGood communication and reporting skills
