Development Manager

They currently manage over 50M sq. ft. of industrial space and have a nationwide footprint and are considered the " gold standard" and development leader in the industrial sector. They have offices across the country and operate as a smart and efficient group offering both great autonomy and opportunity to their people.Due to growth, they are looking to add a Development Manager to their Texas team. They have a major presence all throughout the state of Texas with an office location in Dallas.NOTEThis person will be working on projects in Austin and San Antonio and will be working remotely which will help minimize travel for all involved.NOTE: This is a great opportunity for that outstanding Project Manager currently working for a local general contractor to make the make the switch to the owner/developer arena and have a long-term career with an excellent company.Desired Skills:· Minimum 5 years' experience as a Project Manager in the commercial construction arena working for a highly reputable and respected general contractor.· 4-year degree in Construction Management/ Building Construction· Must be team oriented, a relationship builder, and bring an ownership mindset to their work
