No candidate experience framework. No onboarding workflow. No ATS hygiene standards. And we're scaling fast.We need someone who doesn't just coordinate interviews; someone who builds the infrastructure that makes great hiring possible.What you'll own:You'll be the first dedicated recruiting coordinator. Everything you touch, you'll design from scratch: how interviews get scheduled across time zones, how candidates experience us from first touch to offer, how data moves through the ATS, how onboarding actually works. You'll partner directly with recruiters, hiring managers, and founders, not through layers of intermediaries.This role is for you if:Built 0 to 1 processes, can rattle off programs they established and ran, wrote SOPs, integrated new technologies, owned dashboards and metrics.
