Founding Recruiting Coordinator - Upto $130k base plus EquityFrontier AI Lab | Palo Alto (Hybrid)There is no recruiting operations function here yet. No scheduling playbook. No candidate experience framework. No onboarding workflow. No ATS hygiene standards. No metrics dashboard.That's the job.We're a frontier AI lab building general-purpose world models, technology that simulates, predicts, and interacts with the real world in real time. Our research team came from DeepMind, Tesla, Waymo, Meta, and Apple. We're well-funded by top-tier VCs and some of the most respected names in technology. And we're scaling fast.We need someone who doesn't just coordinate interviews; someone who builds the infrastructure that makes great hiring possible.What you'll own:You'll be the first dedicated recruiting coordinator. Everything you touch, you'll design from scratch: how interviews get scheduled across time zones, how candidates experience us from first touch to offer, how data moves through the ATS, how onboarding actually works. You'll partner directly with recruiters, hiring managers, and founders, not through layers of intermediaries.This role is for you if:Built 0 to 1 processes, can rattle off programs they established and ran, wrote SOPs, integrated new technologies, owned dashboards and metrics. Built out pipeline reports, etcThis role is probably not for you if:? Your experience is primarily at large companies with established recruiting ops teams? You've coordinated within existing processes but haven't built them? You prefer structure over ambiguity?
