Relocation AvailableAbout the RoleWe are seeking a highly adaptable and hands-on Senior Merchandiser (or Merchandiser) to join a growing team in Miami. This is an entrepreneurial, fast-paced role where you will take ownership of multiple brands from concept through final delivery.You'll play a critical role in supporting the merchandising team during a key transition period, stepping in as a "plug-and-play" contributor who can quickly learn the business and drive impact.If you thrive in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same"”and enjoy owning your business end-to-end"”this role is for you.What You'll DoOwn and manage assigned product lines from inception through deliveryLead and contribute to line planning and line reviewsDevelop and manage pricing strategies and cost structuresPartner with sourcing teams to negotiate costs and timelinesCreate and maintain pricing sheets and merchandising toolsCollaborate cross-functionally with Sales, QC, and other teamsAttend customer meetings and support sales presentationsPresent product lines to internal stakeholders and external partners/licenseesEnsure product is delivered on time and meets quality standardsWhat We're Looking ForMust-Have:5+ years of experience in Merchandising, Buying, or Product DevelopmentStrong experience with retail math and pricingAdvanced Excel / Google Sheets skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, data manipulation)Excellent presentation and communication skillsAbility to work independently and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environmentPreferred:Bachelor's degree in Business, Merchandising, or Design (or equivalent experience)Experience working with or alongside private label productsWhat Makes This Role UniqueTrue ownership of your business"”this role is highly autonomousExposure to multiple well-known brands in the sports apparel spaceHigh visibility with senior leadership and external partnersA dynamic, entrepreneurial environment where adaptability is key
